Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

Fixed-term contract – until June 2026

A senior opportunity within The Orange Door, supporting adults using family violence through risk assessment, specialist intervention and whilst also providing mentoring and supervision to junior team members.

Responsibilites:


  • Provide advanced intake, screening, triage and comprehensive risk assessments

  • Deliver specialist AUFV interventions focused on accountability, behaviour change and risk management

  • Support complex case planning and coordinated risk responses

  • Provide secondary consultation, guidance and practice support to practitioners

  • Participate in case conferences, integrated planning and stakeholder meetings

  • Ensure high-quality case documentation and professional practice standards

Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline

  • Comprehensive MARAM training (AUFV stream required)

  • Significant experience working with adults using family violence in statutory or specialist FV settings

  • Strong expertise in gendered analysis of family violence, accountability and risk management

  • Demonstrated ability to support complex cases and provide practice leadership

  • Confidence working in an on-site, senior practice role

  • Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
