In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise within the scope of return-to-work and rehabilitation, guiding injured workers and their employers through the recovery journey from both physical and psychologically injuries. You will receive support and gain valuable insights from subject matter experts in the fields of occupational rehabilitation, musculoskeletal issues, and psychological injury. This role will allow you to use your interpersonal skills to build relationships with some of the largest organisations in Australia and make real differences to the health and capability of people and communities.
Responsibilities:
Apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes for a variety of clients through effective consulting and case management
Provide Return to Work services, including Worksite Assessments, development of Suitable Duties Plans (SDP), monitoring SDP, and conducting single services (Functional Capacity Evaluations, Vocational Assessments, etc)
Act as a subject matter expert across the organisation forIdentify return to work barriers and proactively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders (injured workers, employers, clinicians, insurance providers) to achieve positive outcomes for all parties

Requirements:
Completed tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy,
Psychology, Exercise Physiology or equivalent health degree
Minimum 6mths’ experience in Occ Health/RTW consulting
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation
Agency (AHPRA) or accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with ESSA (AEP)
Professional indemnity insurance.
An Australian driver’s licence and access to your own private vehicle (travel only through SEQ)
