Join the Perioperative Team at Adeney Private Hospital’s brand-new 60-bed facility, delivering a unique model of healthcare. You will work in a patient-focused, collaborative environment alongside dedicated VMOs and a supportive executive team. This is a rare opportunity to help commission a new hospital and contribute to a team setting new standards in staff engagement, teamwork, and patient care.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
Support perioperative patient care throughout all stages of the Perioperative journey
Deliver high-quality patient care in Anaesthetics and PACU
Contribute to a fast-paced, friendly, and supportive team environment
Requirements:
Current registration with AHPRA
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Anaesthetics & PACU
Knowledge of ACORN / ACPAN & NSQHS Standards
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to foster positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Initiative and creative thinking
Commitment to high standard clinical and patient-focused care
Computer literacy
Postgraduate qualification, ALS and/or PALS certification highly desirable
