We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Melbourne team. This role would suit someone who may currently be based interstate or overseas and is looking for an exciting relocation opportunity in one of Australia's most vibrant cities.

Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships with aged care facilities, hospitals, and community health providers to understand their contract staffing needs
Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and aged care workers for contract opportunities
Managing a pipeline of available contractors and matching them to shifts and placements
Advertising vacancies and developing attraction strategies to engage passive candidates
Coordinating compliance documentation including AHPRA registration, police checks, immunisation records, and mandatory training
Managing offers, contracts, and onboarding processes
Growing existing accounts and winning new business within the healthcare and aged care sectors
Managing a busy contract desk with multiple placements in progress at one time
Requirements:
At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare, nursing, aged care, allied health, or social work
Experience managing contractors, compliance, and timesheets
Strong relationship-building skills and confidence speaking with both candidates and clients
A proactive approach to business development and desk growth
An understanding of Australia's healthcare landscape, aged care reforms, or workforce challenges
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
A willingness to relocate to Melbourne and work from our CBD office
