A senior leadership role responsible for the operational and strategic oversight of specialist family violence services across a regional catchment. The Program Manager leads multidisciplinary teams, ensures high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery, and works closely with sector partners to deliver effective responses for victim survivors, including children.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage specialist family violence programs, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant service delivery
Provide leadership and support to Team Leaders and senior practitioners
Oversee demand management, caseloads, workforce planning, and performance outcomes
Ensure services align with MARAM, trauma-informed practice, and funding requirements
Build and maintain strong partnerships with government, health, and community stakeholders
Contribute to service development, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Degree qualification in Social Work or equivalent (meeting FV mandatory minimums)
Significant leadership experience within specialist family violence services
Strong knowledge of MARAM, risk assessment, and crisis response frameworks
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in high-risk environments
