Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
Locum contract – 3 months
3-month locum opportunity within The Orange Door, supporting adults using family violence through specialist risk assessment, behaviour change interventions and coordinated case management.
Responsibilities:
Deliver intake, screening, triage and comprehensive risk assessments
Provide face-to-face interventions with adults using family violence
Develop and implement accountability, behaviour change and risk management plans
Apply MARAM and Orange Door practice frameworks
Coordinate referrals and work collaboratively with victim-survivor services and stakeholders
Participate in integrated case planning, meetings and case conferences
Maintain accurate, timely case notes and documentation
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services or related discipline
Intermediate or Comprehensive MARAM training (AUFV stream)
Demonstrated experience working with adults using family violence
Strong understanding of gendered drivers of family violence and accountability frameworks
Ability to work confidently in an on-site, client-facing environment
Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
